巴甫洛达尔欧亚创新公私合营大学与中华人民共和国西安高等院校签订协议，这个项目为中国学生提供了来巴甫洛达尔学习的机会。中国西安代表团来哈访问达巴甫洛达尔，哈方外教分享经验并签署合作协议，本协议将有助于加强和发展教育和文化领域的关系。哈方与中方在中国西安共建“哈萨克斯坦欧亚创新公私合营大学中国-中亚文化交流中心”，与此同时，哈萨克斯坦学生和中国学生将互相学习语言、交流文化。

Pavlodar Innovative University of Eurasia has signed an agreement with Xi'an Higher Education University of the People's Republic of China to provide Chinese students with the opportunity to study Xi in Pavlodar.
